Other people may not understand what all the fuss is about, but for the Portuguese seeing snow is a huuuuge event! When we arrived in Zurich, the weather was cold, damp and it rained all day long, so we called it quits and went back to our apartment. To my utter shock, when I looked out the window the following morning, everything was covered in a thick layer of snow! Needless to say, that was the precise moment Switzerland won my heart.
